PROSPECTIVE HOME INSPECTIONS MARKETING
Our client, Prospective Home Inspections, began a marketing plan in June of 2016. The primary goal was to obviously, get the phone ringing more, and to get more attention to his new business online. With his business being only a few months old, the online presence wasn't strong, giving us the advantage of not having any previous penalties or restrictions from Google. We had a clean slate, leading us to seeing results in under 60 days.
We worked hard with this client to develop a strong plan that would compliment his industry. We set out to work with our basic package, which included SEO, Local SEO, and Social Media Marketing. We customized the package to fit the specific needs of our client, and to see quick results, ethically.
With our clients business being fresh to Google, our main goal was to get his website the recognition it needed to rank higher in the SERPS (Search Engine Results Page).
Getting our client to rank higher in Google would be extremely beneficial to his business, gaining more clients frequently. The most important goal we had was to get the website ranking locally. When a target customer searches keywords relating to our clients service, we want him to pop up on page 1 for each surrounding city. This is where we need to push heavy local SEO, a crucial tactic for any local service based business.
With our initial report in hand, we got to work. We performed our strategy efficiently and ethically, using only white-hat tactics.
We pushed hard in local SEO area, and performed intense keyword research to ensure we had the best keywords for his business in our pockets. We use these keywords for optimization purposes, like integrating them into his PPC Ads, website, blog posts, etc. Being consistent in our SEO, SMM (Social media marketing), and content marketing efforts, we began to make progress. Sticking to your game plan and showing consistent quality effort is what will pay off in the end - big time.
Our clients Google local listing before he came to Liden Solutions was not even 50. At the 60 day mark it was at 13, and was improved greatly. At 90 days he was showing up on page 7 & 8 of Google; continuing on, he is now on page 3 of Google, and the 3rd spot down on Google My Business.
Gained 72 Twitter followers, and 52 backlinks - both were zero when we started. Our efforts always pay off, although SEO can take 60-90 days (or longer) to see any tangible results, its the most effective way to improve your business success.
